- How do I place an order?
User-friendly order procedure to save your precious time! You begin the order process by looking for the Publications you want by searching thru standard search. Add your chosen titles into Shopping Cart. Once you have done with your shopping and you are ready to pay, proceed to Check Out. At Check Out, you will enter your personal details, contact and billing information (if you are a subscribed uniriabookstore.com member, you will skip this step). Once you confirm the Check Out process, your order is placed.
- How do I know that my orders were confirmed?
Upon your Check Out, you will receive our Publications via email. If you do not receive the email, please
email us to let us know.
- I can't find the Publications I want?
If you couldn’t find your choice of Publications, you may place your special order by
email
us. In your email, state the requirement of Publications. We will reply to your enquiry and advise you with pricing and stock availability soon after that and wait for your further instructions.
